task manager disabled

Many viri have figured out how to go into the registry and disable task manager.  This is a useful click-jacking technique, because the best way to kill a suspicious dialogue box, and make sure you are not click-jacked is with the task manager end process.

So, as admin, run regedit and search for the registry key 'disabletaskmgr' and change from 1 to 0.

Any small usb drive will do, and are readable in safe-mode on most newer computers.
